BOOKINGS ONLY TWICE A YEAR This service is performed twice a year for Sri Kengal Anjaneya Swamy. Butter decoration is performed on the first Saturday of Shravan and on Hanuman Jayanti in December. After the burning of Lanka, when Anjaneya was unable to extinguish the fire that he had lit on his tail, he dipped his tail in butter, and the fire spread and the flame subsided, leaving him with a cool feeling. Therefore, butter decoration is performed on the Lord to relieve fatigue.

BOOKINGS ONLY ON EKADASHI - MONTHLY Sri Anjaneyaswamy is a lover of sandalwood (saffron), Sri Kengal Anjaneyaswamy is a rare idol made of red stone, which is not seen anywhere else in the world. On the Ekadashi days of every month, Anjaneyaswamy's face is smeared with it. "This is sindoor. This increases the life span of the Lord." Then Hanuman started applying sindoor all over his body. When Lord Rama saw Hanuman and asked him why he was doing this, he replied, "If a small amount of sindoor increases the life span of my Lord, then I will apply it to my entire body parts and increase the life span of my Lord to infinity." Therefore, Mother Sita blessed him by saying that whoever applies sindoor to Hanuman would get the merit of reading the entire book of Ramayana.
Snapana Murti Abhishek
Since the Abhishek service for the main deity in the temple is held only once a week, devotees can perform Abhishek service on the day they wish. Abhishek service is held for the festival idol/Snapana idol of the Lord every morning. (9.30 am to 12.30 pm)

A "Prakara Utsava" is a temple festival where the deity's processional idol (Utsava Murti) is taken around the temple's Prakarams (enclosures or circumambulatory paths). This procession is a significant part of temple festivities and rituals, often involving elaborate decorations, music and other traditional observances. During the Prakara Utsava, the Utsava Murti is carried on a palanquin, chariot or other elaborate vehicle, and taken around the temple within these Prakarams.

• Post your marriage invitation card to the temple. • After receiving it, temple priests will perform a special puja on the card. • Puja is done in the couple’s name for divine blessings. • Temple sends an acknowledgement card along with prasadam.

This is a special service performed in the presence of Sri Swami. This service is mainly performed by devotees who have health problems. Apart from this, those who have Rahu and Shani dosha perform this service for relief. Apart from this, devotees pray for the completion of their intended work and perform this service after their wish is fulfilled.
